The Estimator Specialist will provide detailed and precise cost analyses and project estimations to support the development of competitive bids and effective project planning in the construction industry.
Qualifications:- • 5+ years of experience with Pre-Engineered steel buildings.
- • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- • Proven experience in construction estimation and proposal writing, preferably in the design-build industry.
- • Proficiency in construction estimation software and tools (e.G., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, RSMeans).
- • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- • Knowledge of sustainable design and construction practices is a plus.

- • Assist in project budgeting and cost tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
- • Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and negotiations as needed.
